On a recent ride to Bagalkot in North Karnataka, 3 KTM Duke 390s joined us. So, to continue the 9 photos series, this time around, its photos of KTM Duke 390. These are some early morning shots of the KTM including some detailed KTM Duke 390 photos. Here are some pictures and specifications of the new KTM 1290 Super Duker R. It claims a 0 to 200 km/h (124 mph) in 7.2 seconds, with low fuel consumption. And, the service interval for this machine is a whopping 15,000 km.
KTM has put in a 1300cc in the form of a 75-degree V-twin. The result is an extremely lightweight, elemental engine filled with state-of-the-art racing technology. Still it’s even more sophisticated, durable and cultivated than ever. 132 kW (180 HP) peak power, 144 Nm maximum torque with 100 Nm as early as 2500 rpm! Yikes, could there be better guarantees for explosive propulsion whatever the revs?
Given the riding position on this machine, expect 180HP to feel like more than 200HP. Anyone worried about how quickly the tyres will get eaten up?
Enjoy the following pictures of the KTM 1290 Super Duke R for now. And, there’s a bonus right at the end!
