The promotional video of 2013 Dakar rally is now available.
The 2013 Dakar Rally will be the 34th running of the event and the 5th year the event is being held in South America. The event will start in Lima, Peru on January 5 and finish in Santiago, Chile on January 19 after fourteen stages of competition.
448 vehicles in four classes of competition started the event, which comprised a total distance of over 8,500 kilometres.

The race begins on New Year’s Day in downtown Buenos Aires. The total racing distance is 9,618 kilometres for cars, 9,605 kilometres for bikes and quads and 9,458 kilometres for trucks. Of the thirteen stages, six are in Argentina, five in Chile with two stages cross-country. The race will finish in Buenos Aires on the last day.
