Ok, we’ve been on the road for a couple of weeks doing our big 2015 motorcycle tour. We’ll publish trip logs and upload photos from the camera (sometime). But, in the meanwhile, thought you guys may like a small preview of the ride before that.
In no particular order:
1. Got (a lil’ more) efficient with packing
Sometimes more than a little efficient. It worked out really well this time around.
2. Interacted with beautiful people
The colors that we saw in the northern regions of Karnataka beat most other places in Karnataka.
3. Let our imagination fly about the bygone era
What history! Since we took our time this time around, it was mind-blowing.
4. Got lost on purpose
Off the main roads. The farmers were forgiving when we rode through their fields.
5. Dived into different points in history
Seeing history from more than one point of view makes it eye-opening. You do not need to agree with everything.
6. No GPS thank you – 2015 motorcycle tour
Got rid of all GPS devices and apps on this ride. Sometimes, we wondered – “Are we on the right path Master Yoda?” And the answer was “Off course, you are. ”
7. 2015 motorcycle tour saw my Bullet 500 working for a living
Its been sitting around enjoying life. Loaded it up and made it do what its meant to do.
8. Got sun-burnt while soaking in splendour
Even Banana Boat didn’t help.
9. Shamelessly put our mugs up as selfies
Record for most selfies taken. Oh well! đ
